Hey Dan at Petland...
1. I hope you understand with all sincerity that yes, my sarcasm is directed towards you.
That being said, let's move on to #2.
Some people with nicer language and manners than mine use #2 as a metaphor for "shit." So #2 is directed at you Dan from Petland. Your answers and attitude are #2. Shit. Or #2-y which now means shitty.
I find the following #2, or shit, or shitty.
Per our conversation today you don't watch the news or pay attention to the media. This is shit, and a shitty attitude. You don't pay attention to the news or media and concerns over puppy mills because as a 15 year employee of Petland you work for one. Hmmmm...... (you can substitute shitty for "Hmmmmmmm...." if you'd like.
I also find it interesting from our conversation today that as the manager on duty (doodie, doody, or shitty again) of your Petland location you are unable to provide me, as a consumer with the contact information for our puppy Lincolns breeder. Gee. I'm very thankful I wasn't in your store trying to make a purchase asking for precise information to make an informed choice.
I'm also concerned for you, as a 15 year employee who is not able to reach your employer in case of an emergency that when I asked you the very direct question "Who does your annual review?" you told me that you have not seen the person tied to your livelihood in years. I guess you must be doing something right at Petland when things are running so well that your owners have no interest in visiting the actual facility whether it be a franchise or not.
Now, let's turn to my sarcasm as well as Google and a map.
Your store, Petland is a franchise, right?
Based out of Chillicothe Ohio, correct?
60 miles give or take distance wise.
I've never franchised anything, or set up shop franchise or not but 60 miles doesn't seem that far to ensure that the name I franchised was operating under the "suggested guidelines".
And you haven't seen your owners in YEARS.
Wow Dan.
That's a whole lot of #2's.
Or, shit if you will.
